Writing Sample!
this week was a very stressful week why you may ask? Because of our writing assessment we had and oh boy I was not ready. I said to my self I can do this I can do this and I DID IT, I actually feel very relieved last term or last year I did not so good, but this term I actually feel proud :)

Read theory!
Today I read Chamomilie Tea.
At the end of Lunch my class always does read theory
so heres a perfect example of me doing read theory.

WALT:Use place value partitioning to solve division problems.
Our task was to create a maths DLO using scratch Jr.
While I was creating this DLO on scratch Jr I figured out how easy it is to use it.
The most frustrating thing about using scratch JR was adding the characters in.

Debugging..
We are Learning to debug algorithms. Bugs are a mistake in a programme. If we fix the bug the programme will work.
First: you have to know where it is not.
Remove the bug and fix the trouble it caused.
Change the algorithm to make it right.

Computational Thinking
We are learning about computational thinking. We have learnt how to write an algorithm to get a pirate to the treasure chest. We made our own coding programme and challenged a friend to solve it. In order to be successful I had to remember to count how many blocks it took to get my avatar to its chosen place or destination. We call this decomposition and that means we had to break down our instructions into small manageable steps.
